Andy Fayle
Andy specialises in the translation of insights into value propositions that help businesses develop new products that people want and need.
He has a background in product and service development, having worked as both a designer and engineer. So he not only thinks strategically, but has a firm grasp of product development, which is essential for front-end innovation.
Before joining Plan, Andy helped introduce a customer-centric innovation programme at JCB and lead design strategy projects at a UK design agency specialising in consumer technology. These experiences have helped him understand and navigate the choppy waters of front-end innovation.
Andy has previously collaborated with PepsiCo, BT, Samsung, Lixil, Hyundai, Logitech, Sky and Deutsche Telekom, helping them enter new markets, launch award-winning products, and grow their businesses.
